Web technologies and new media design firm, is currently seeking a general
clerk to assist the frogfire DIGITAL, Inc. efforts. frogfire is looking for
administrative assistance with typing support.
The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, with ability to complete
assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence. This individual should be flexible in their
selection of alternative methods. Typing duties including
assisting in a variety of administrative matters, maintaining a wide variety of
financial or other records, verifying statistical reports for accuracy and
completeness, and handling and adjusting complaints. This individual should be
able to set an exemplary example for lower level clerks. A thorough knowledge of an office work and
routine is key for this individual’s success within frogfire DIGITAL. Work with creative
professionals to leverage new technology into cutting-edge new media projects
in an exciting , entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to learn new technology is incredibly important as is past
production experience. We're looking for a proven self-motivator. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED OF
APPLICANT: ·
High
School graduate ·
6 years
of general administrative experience ·
Must be
familiar with and have experience with the operation of office equipment to
include word processors, duplicating equipment, and data-fax equipment ·
Must
have experience in military administrative procedures ·
Must be
