Web technologies and new media design firm, is currently seeking a general
clerk to assist the frogfire DIGITAL, Inc. efforts. frogfire is looking for an
individual to provide administrative assistance with typing support. The ideal candidate is efficient and
knowledgeable of office procedures.
Types and processes technical reports, status reports, and all
correspondence. Work with creative
professionals in a government-based environment. This individual follows a number of specific procedures in
completing several repetitive clerical steps such as coding and filing
documents in an extensive alphabetical file, simple posting to individual
accounts, opening mail, running mail through metering machines, and calculating
and posting charges to departmental accounts. Little or no subject-matter
knowledge is required. The ideal
candidate has the wherewithal to choose the proper, most efficient procedure
for each task. Ability to learn new
technology is incredibly important as is past production experience. We're
looking for a proven self-motivator. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED OF
APPLICANT: ·
High
School graduate ·
2 years
of general administrative experience ·
Must be
familiar with and have experience with the operation of office equipment
including word processors, duplicating equipment, and data-fax equipment ·
Must
have experience in military administrative procedures and be familiar with Army
