EQUIFAX DECLARES DIVIDEND

Atlanta, Jan. 29, 1997 -- Directors of Equifax Inc. today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 8.25 cents per share, payable on March 14, 1997, to shareholders of record February 21, 1997.
