Equifax Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

ATLANTA, January 31, 1996 -- Directors of Equifax Inc. today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 8.25 cents per share, payable on March 15, 1996, to shareholders of record February 23, 1996.
