TEAM SUPERVISOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE (Call Center Supervisor)
THIRD SHIFT

Supervise daily operations in an automated call center. Duties include coaching and monitoring service associates, handling escalated calls, supervising floor activity, and communicating statistical information to management.
