Job Requirements/Skills Advantages:

• CPA
• 2 -4 years experience in public accounting (Big 4 firm).
• Written and verbal fluency in Spanish.
• International business experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with senior management.
• Willing to travel 20 - 30%

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct operational reviews with limited supervision; identify control risks, business risks, and operation costs reduction opportunities.
• Prepare concise and well-organized working papers; review the work of staff auditors.
• Obtain confidence, respect, and cooperation of auditee and other appropriate levels of management in providing cost-effective services that meet Corporate and auditee needs.
• Maintain a good understanding of financial auditing and the Equifax information processing environment. Provide on-the-job training.
• Maintain a professional development plan relative to performance expectations.
